•  Bread and Butter cases
•  Average 800 surgical cases per month
•  25% General, 5% OB, 5% neuro, 10% Cardiac, 5% thoracic, 10% complex vascular, 10% complex orthopedic, 5% bariatric
•  Requirements
•  Board Certified or Board Eligible with in 4 years of residency
•  Active Michigan license at time of submission
•  BLS, ACLS
•  Local providers within driving distance
•  Clean background with no malpractice
