A growing retail company in Florida is actively seeking a newBookkeeper to join their growing team in Coral Springs.
Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeper will:
• Run QuickBooks / Quicken reports and analytics
• Organize and maintain files, both hard copies and electronically
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Review uploaded documents for completeness
• Trace transactions to source documentation
• Correspond with various manager to ensure completeness of files
• Assist with special projects, as needed Qualifications:
• 1+ year of Bookkeeping experience
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with basic Accounting functions
• Working knowledge ofQuickBooks / Quicken
• MicrosoftExcel proficient
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
