What You'll Do:
- Manage the care of adult inpatients across various medical conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care during evening and overnight hours.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations at night, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity, even during potentially more challenging nighttime situations.
- Document medical histories, progress notes, and other clinical information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-centered care environment specifically tailored to the night shift.

Qualifications:
