As a nocturnist in our facility, you will work collaboratively with two advanced practice providers (APPs) during the night shift, sharing responsibilities equally among all three providers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all in-house rapid responses and codes. - Performing admissions to the ICU, with full intensivist support on call for your peace of mind. - Delivering exceptional care in a supportive and collegial environment.
