Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide nursery coverage as the sole physician
Perform neonatal resuscitation procedures
Conduct rounds on neonatal patients
Manage and treat pediatric inpatients
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers
Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Cerner EMR system
Ensure high-quality patient care and follow all hospital protocols and safety standards
Adapt to the hospital's existing workflows and practices
Participate in any necessary training or certification courses
