Preferred Schedule: 10 -12 hour shifts, starting between 7AM and 7:30AM, ending between 6PM and 8PM
Worksite Setting: Parker Indian Health Center 12033 W Agency Ave Parker, AZ 85344
Scope of Work: Provide medical physician services in the delivery of patient care at the Parker Indian Health Center. The average daily inpatient census is two (2) patients. Given the average daily census, the Inpatient Physician will staff an ambulatory clinic in the afternoon (on non-holiday weekdays only) while remaining available for any consultations or IPD needs.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license, DEA, -BLS & ACLS required-, NRP recommended, education/residency and board cert if boarded, references

Pay Rate Preferred: $195/Hr - $200/Hr, with a $250 per worked day travel stipend
