Physician Hospice

Seeking a physician to lead hospice care, providing quality palliative services in patients' homes.

•  Consult with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to manage pain and symptoms.

•  Evaluate, certify, and recertify terminal diagnoses during admission and certification periods.

•  Participate in educational events for healthcare professionals to promote hospice services.

•  Offer in-house or phone consultations for acute clinical issues and collaborate on hospital or home visits.

•  Qualifications include MD or DO degree, state license, CPR certification, and hospital staff membership; hospice and palliative care certification is preferred.

•  Must have reliable transportation, liability insurance, and a passion for patient-centered hospice care.
