Schedule : 24-hour out-of-house call (8 AM - 8 AM) on the following dates:
June 20-23, 2025
July 4-7, 2025
November 27 - December 1, 2025
December 24-29, 2025
December 31, 2025 - January 1, 2026
Responsibilities and Duties :
Provide backup on-call coverage for a hospital in Nebraska
Be prepared to perform emergency gynecologic surgeries if called
Handle C-sections and vaginal deliveries as needed
Maintain a 15-minute response time when on call
Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Additional Information:
Nebraska medical license required for this position
Comfort with high-volume obstetrics (approximately 1000 deliveries/year)
Strong skills in both routine and emergency obstetrical and gynecological care
Out-of-house call with very rare chance of being called in
Experience in emergency gynecologic surgeries is essential
Ability to respond quickly (15-minute response time) when on call
