Job Description
•   Associate Medical Director
•  Required two years experience leading/managing providers
•  60% Clinical and 40% Admin/Leadership
•  Open to Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics
•  Provide direct patient care conducting home visits
•  Travel to see 5 patients per day
•  Medical Assistant travels with provider
•  Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of professionals
•  Provide efficient and comprehensive care
•  Manage team of 4-5 Nurse Practitioners
