Description: Summary: MRMC is looking for a locum Gastroenterologist to help with scoping coverage in rooms and the emergency room night call coverage during the week and 24 hour call on the weekends. BID DUE DATE: April 21st at 5p EST.RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 292.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 585 - Per hour not OT Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT Nightly Call 581 and below - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - 871.50 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hoursgratis On Call Daily 3500 and below - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 5250 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 585 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Mon-Friday - 7:30a-5p - Onsite scoping with Emergency Room coverage - HourlyMon-Friday - 5p-7:30a - Night call Sat-Sun - 7:30a-7:30a - 24 hour call. Setting: Call Scoping Emergency Room Inpatient Outpatient Trauma Level IIIFTE: 1.0Required Procedures: Scoping EGD colonoscopy manometry flex sigs and 24 hour PH probe.Required job duties: Providers must signs all orders and notes. Locum is responsible to complete all orders that the physicians requests including pathology orders results may come in while provider is not on assignment and still must be completed in a timely manner. EMR: EPICSupport Staff: MA NP/PA RNReason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage and a few locums who have found perm placements. EMR Required Training:Module learn lessons amp EUPA test Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR onsite training - Only able to attend if Modules and EUPA test are completed before training. The PPL will be conducted onsite the morning of the candidates first day.
