A wealth management in Florida is currently seeking a new Bookkeeper for a Junior-level position with their growing team in Palm Beach.
Responsibilities:
The JuniorBookkeeper will be responsible for:
• Recording monthly activity for various individuals and entities
• Reconciling all bank accounts monthly
• Recording investment activity from broker statements
• Preparing monthly closing journal entries in order to produce quarterly balance sheet and income statements
• Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience as a Bookkeeper
• High School Diploma / GED
• Experience with a basic Accounting functions
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized Desired Skills:
• Experience in a Family Office
