We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a Clinic in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 06/03/2025, working Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This outpatient role requires expertise in both pediatric (15%) and adult (85%) care. The selected provider will be responsible for managing general family medicine cases while utilizing Epic EMR. There is also a chance for an extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for both pediatric and adult patients
Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care visits
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
Manage a patient mix of approximately 15% pediatric and 85% adult cases
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic setting
Participate in care coordination and patient education
Adhere to clinic protocols and best practices
Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks
Additional Information:
Wisconsin medical license required
