•   Seeking an FP/IM with addiction experience provider
•   Work Dates Needed : 3 Month Assignment w/ possible extension.
•   Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
•   Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Adult
•   Scope of Work: We re seeking an addiction provider who can see 14 patients per day with an 8am-5pm schedule. Need to have addiction experience It s important to understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns.
