Rutland, Vermont: Northern New Englands largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) seeks a Family Medicine physician (MD or DO) to join their outstanding primary care team. With five patient-centered medical home sites serving 80% of the regions primary care needs, this health center plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, accessible, and equitable care across central Vermont.You will enjoy a 4-day work week with flexible hours and minimal triage-only call shared across the system. This is an outpatient-only, all-ages primary care role supported by a collaborative team that includes experienced clinicians, nursing staff, and embedded behavioral health professionals. Integrated case management and panel support systems will help you focus on caring for your patients.
