Family Medicine provider sought for this non-profit hospital (independent, 70 years old, very financially stable) in one of the fastest growing cities in the Midwest. You will join a multi-specialty team that is an established practice. This fast paced hospital is a level IV trauma facility with a 24-hour emergency room, two FastCare retail clinics and excellent relationship with the Mayo Clinic for level III and above trauma.Base salary of $244k - equates to $305k salary full-time.  0.8 FTE position (32 hours per week).  Community based clinic.  Supported by Hospitalists 24/7.  Collaborative practice.  Care Coordinators.  MAT Clinic.  Epic EMR.  501c loan forgiveness qualification, CME, flexible spending, paid malpratice including tail, 30 days PTO, retirement, profit sharing and standard benefits are provided
