•  Includingdiagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care
•  No inpatient services
•  On-call coverage after-hours schedule is via phone only

•   Compensation and Benefits:
•  Employment or contracted model available
•  Salary Range depending on experience$250k - $270k
•  Performance Year-End Bonus up to $20k
