Physician / Family Practice

An FQHC is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. While in St. Louis, Missouri, you must go to the Gateway Arch at sunset for the views. There are plenty of brunch places around the city to plan your days off for. This position requires a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician (or truly Board-Eligible) to provide care in an FQHC setting, serving underserved populations. The role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an average of 20 patients per day, encompassing all age groups. Candidates must have a Missouri license, DEA, and be comfortable with underserved populations. The practice utilizes Epic EMR and is supported by other FM providers, RNs, MAs, and community health workers. COVID or flu vaccination is required. Ideal candidates are go-getters who can thrive in this dynamic environment. Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.
