• 4 -day work week
• BC/BE Family Practice Physician
• Direct employment by Health System
• Engage in shared clinic call schedules
• Flexible model options: Traditional practice or Ambulatory only
• High patient volume opportunities
• No unassigned call duties
• Potential to augment practice with additional roles including; inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and/or nursing home rounding/directorships Compensation/Benefits
