Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM
Worksite Setting: Health center
Scope of Work: Provide acute, chronic and preventive care and education to adults (over 16 years of age).
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certification, CA License, DEA, BLS required
Rate: $120 hour
