•   Primary Care physicians $225,000 base
•   Center Medical Directors - $260,000 base
•   Regional Medical Directors - $275,000 base Work/Life Balance
•  Monday Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm (Admin time included in your schedule)
•  Small patient panel size (max 450 per staff physician, CMDs carry a panel of 225)
•  Very light triaged call schedule telephone only
•  No hospital rounding or call Paid Time Off
