Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Full-time 40 hours, permanent, Monday-Friday 8a-5p 100% outpatient Will see all ages Will see 20+ PPD On-call by phone only (minimal) EMR is Athena Open to new grads and experienced physicians Well within proximity to major rivers, and a host of museums and local festivals such as the Elkhart Jazz Festival, there is no shortage of cultural and outdoor activities.
