Phone Call rotation Oncall varies depending on location and clinic partner pool. Telenurse provides after-hours triaging for the physicians. Telenurse triages and follows set protocols to reduce the volume of phone calls/pages the physicians receive after-hours. Call volume is minimalized with triage services.
Clinic visits: 18-22 per day
