- Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
- Lake City to Gainesville, FL areas. 3 locations to choose from
- Well established clinics in the North Central Florida area
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p for full time or part time work
- 18-20 patients per day
- Call is by phone only and is very minimal
