BID DUE DATE: Apr 14th at 5p EST.RATES:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 220 - Kicks in after 8 hours Per hour of orientation and training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5200 and below - Per 24 hours to include 24 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7800 - Per 24 hours to include 24 hours gratis IMPORTANT.
