- Full-time permanent position
- Monday " Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day
-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
Salary and Benefits- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)

Ideal candidates will be:- Passionate about their work, eager to have fun with our team, motivated to be a part of a fast-growing organization
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
- Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
