Family Medicine practice located near San Jose, CA, Gilroy and Monterey, CA.
Family medicine Residency training required. Must be Board eligible/certified by American Board of Family Medicine.
Base pay depending on experience. $250,000 plus production bonuses (based on patient volumes).
Sign-on-bonus of $25,000. Up to $10,000 for relocation costs reimbursed.

Group has 10 providers total.
J-1 visa eligible through the HHS (a non-state 30 program open year-round). Group is very experienced with sponsorship of J1 visa s.

Located 1 hour and 20 minutes from San Jose, CA and 55 minutes from Modesto, CA.
