• How many total providers are in the group? Over 20 providers including MD, NP/PA, dentist, chiropractor, optometrist, etc.

• What is the call schedule and is this telephone call or will they have to come into the hospital? No hospital coverage. Phone call coverage is 2-3 times per year for a week at a time

• What age range will the physician see? Newborn to seniors

• How many patients seen on average per day? 20-24
• Why is this position open? Expansion
• What is the salary range? $200-250K
• How long is the salary guaranteed for? As long as they work there. 2 year contract minimum.

• Is there a production bonus system and what is this based off? Yes, based on patients seen above the required base.
