- Strong internal referrals as they are a very collegial group, for swift ramp-up
- 40 pt.'s per day in office
- Surgeries based on diagnosis and performed at an ASC or hospital
- A full scope of comprehensive ENT and Audiology services
- Call Schedule 1:5
- Potential to work out of one of their satellite offices 1 day per week
