This opportunity begins on 06/16/2025, and involves working clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative tasks. The position includes a 1:2 call rotation, covering both practice calls and consults. The physician will primarily work in an outpatient setting (90%) with some inpatient responsibilities (10%). Proficiency in Epic EMR is required. There is potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide comprehensive endocrinology care, focusing on diabetes management
Diagnose and treat conditions such as hypothyroidism, thyroid goiters, thyroid cancer, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, and hypogonadism
Address pituitary issues, osteoporosis, and osteopenia
Perform thyroid biopsies if trained
Manage both outpatient (90%) and inpatient (10%) cases
Handle practice calls and consults during assigned call rotations
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain excellent patient care and satisfaction
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Participate in any required meetings or training sessions
