Position Overview:

Optigy is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a well-supported, community-based Emergency Department in Muskogee, OK. This Level III Trauma Center serves as a regional hub across a seven-county area, offering robust specialty support and a rewarding opportunity for physicians who value high-quality care in a close-knit community.


•ED Volume: 35,000 annual visits


•Beds: 21


•Admission Rate: 18%


•Designations: Level III Trauma Center & Certified Primary Stroke Center


•EMR: Epic


•Support Specialties Onsite: Hospitalist, Surgery, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urology


•Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available


•J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available


Compensation:


•Base Compensation: $250/hr (W2) $290/hr (1099)


•Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000


•CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually


•New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
