Position Overview:
Optigy is recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians for a premier tertiary care facility in Tulsa, OK, serving northeast Oklahoma and neighboring regions. This state-of-the-art location includes a newly built 68,000 sq. ft. Trauma Emergency Center, a separate Pediatric Emergency Center, and an Observation Unit. With a strong focus on teaching, high-acuity care, and interdisciplinary collaboration, this role is ideal for providers looking for an advanced and rewarding clinical environment.
•Trauma Designation: Level II
•ED Volume: 71,000 annual visits
•Pediatric ED Volume: 34,000
•Observation Unit Volume: 6,000 annually
•EMR: Epic
•Facility: Brand new 68,000 sq. ft. advanced emergency department
•Academic Environment: EM, pediatrics, and family medicine residents, along with PA students
•Pediatric Emergency Center:
o23 treatment rooms
oPediatric EM physicians
o24/7 NICU and PICU coverage
•Trauma Emergency Center Features:
o4 trauma bays
o12 critical care rooms
o32 general med monitored rooms (4 psych-specific)
o5 triage stations, 7 fast track bays, 1 decontamination room
o2 CT suites, 2 radiology rooms, 2 rooftop helipads
oConvertible area for mass casualty response

Compensation:
•Base Compensation: $256/hr (W2) $296/hr (1099)
•Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000
•CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
•New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
•Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available
