- What are the shift times? 6a-6p or 6p-6a.
- Is call involved? No.
- What procedures are required? All ED procedures including sedation, intubation, central lines, etc.
- What does the support staff include? 2-3 RN, radiology tech.
- What is the average patient census? Fewer than 30/day.
- What are the most common cases the locum will see? Typical suburban FSED volume/patient mix.
- Does the unit use robots? If so, what kind? No robots.
- How many EM physicians are typically on staff per shift? one.
- Must be ABEM certified/eligible.
- Must be graduated from EM residency and ABEM certified or eligible.
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
