Opening: Physician Specialty: Emergency Medicine (IM, FM, EM board certified accepted) Position Type: Locum Tenens Facility: ED Location: half an hour from Lafayette, LA Start Date: Asap (30-60 day credentialing timeframe) Length: 6-12 months Hours: two site locations offering 12 hour day/night shifts and 10 hour swing shifts Details: Site 28,000 annual visits 34 hours of physician coverage 21 hours of APP coverage 28 EM beds & Fast track EMR - TruBridge Site 15,000 annual visits 24 hours of physician coverage 4 hours of APP coverage 8 EM beds EMR - TruBridge Credentials: Active Louisiana medical license. Active LA DEA. Board certified/eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS. (ATLS not required for ABEM) Open to new grads.
