A Nassau County Hospital is looking to add another EM Physician at a busy hospital with 75K+ annual visits. Incoming will be employed by the hospital with full benefits.
Job Function:
- Level 2 Trauma - 12 hr shifts. adults and children
- Typically do 3 shifts a week and 3-4 a month must be overnights.
- Cardiac Care with acute angioplasty
- Designation as a stroke center for rapid assessments and treatment of a stroke
- Respiratory and Pulmonary emergency procedures
- Psych and mental health emergency care
- 75K + patient visits per year to EM
