myDermRecruiter is seeking aClinical Directorfor a highly successful Dermatology network in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Clinical Director will have a flexible mix of administrative and clinical activity to meetphysician preferences.They will be responsiblefor supervision and leadership of the practices' clinical staff at the individual site level.
The Clinical Director will create and maintain a culture of teamwork at the individual site level through direct provider engagement. Additionally, theywill actively participate in Clinical Leadership and be involved with the Chief Medical Officer and Corporate Leadership team dedicated to supporting the financial performance and clinical quality of the practice, including but not limited to growth strategies, talent recruitment and clinical standardization.
This organization is in a strong financial position with collaborative private equity firm and favorable managed care agreements.

Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience in a clinical Dermatologysetting
- Minimum five (5) years experience as a board-certified MD
- Current American Board Certification for Dermatology
- Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges of service
- Experience with electronic practice management and medical records systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Practical problem-solving and analytical skills
