•   Aug 31-Sept 01, 02, 03, 04 - days
•   Sept 08, 09, 10, 11 - night
•   Sept 25 - night
•   Oct 2-Oct 4- night
•   Oct 20- night
•   Nov 17-Nov 19 - nights
•  Clinical Information:
•  10-15 shifts per month
•  40-45 daily patient volume
•  54 ICU beds- medical, surgical, neuro, cardiac
•  Routine Critical Care procedures includingcentral and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation.
•  24/7 coverage " 3 MD day and 1 APP day. 1 MD night and 1 APP night
•  EMR: EPIC
•  Required:
•  Board Certified
•  Active Georgia state license and DEA
•  Must be open to working both day and nights
•  DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•  Current Flu Vaccine
•  Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•  Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
