Physician / Critical Care / Florida / Permanent / Locum Critical Care Need in Florida Job

•  Coverage Needed:
•  October 1, 2023 - Ongoing
•  Need a provider who can work days and/or nights
•  Clinical Information:
•  1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 MD at night. Full resident team
•  24 MSICU beds, 6 burn icu beds, and 12 CVICU beds
•  EMR: Meditech
•  Typical patient caseload - ADC is 20-24
•  Required:
•  Must have FL license and FL DEA
•  Must be BC in Critical Care
•  Must work 5-7 shifts per month and be able to start in October
•  DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•  Current Flu Vaccine
•  Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•  Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
