This 21-day assignment begins on 06/30/2025, with a typical 8-hour day schedule, 5 days per week, split between clinic and hospital duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in general cardiology, including rounding, clinic visits, on-call duties, reading tests, performing TEEs, managing pacemakers, and conducting diagnostic cardiac catheterizations. The schedule includes procedures and hospital work from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM/12:00 PM, followed by clinic hours from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The cardiologist will be responsible for managing a patient load of 16-18 patients per day, with occasional on-call duties including one weekend per month and one weekday per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide comprehensive cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, TEEs, and pacemaker management
Conduct general cardiology rounds and clinic visits
Read and interpret cardiac diagnostic tests
Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day in the clinic
Participate in on-call duties, including one weekend per month and one weekday per week
Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
