•   Work Dates Needed : July 7-11 ( has potential for future shifts, typically for 1 week every few months)
•  Preferred Schedule: 8am- 5pm
•   No Call
•  Worksite Setting: Clinic exam rooms: 2
•  Critical Access Hospital
•  Level IV Trauma Center
•  1 NP s alongside locum MD
•  Scope of Work: Pt. seen per day: 12-15 per day
•  Readings Required: Stress Tests, EKGs, Echos
•  Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Oregon License, DEA, Board Certification, BLS and ACLS
•  EMR: Epic
