•   Clinical Information:
•   Inpatient- Consulting and ED STEMI Call. When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies: does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist.
•   Performs CATHS if needed
•   Interprets ECHO and Stress Tests
•   ED and Inpatient consults
•   Follow- up consults from prior day
•   Locums provider must provide a minimum of 8 hours clinical time. Anything less than 6 will not facilitate our needs, especially on weekend when the workload expands to 8 hours regularl
•   Patient Call Volume: 10-12 consults, 3 Caths, 10 STEMI's per month
•   Average Daily Procedures: 3-5 Stress Tests, 2 TEE's, 3-5 Caths, 10 Echos
•   Inpatient - Consulting and ED STEMI Call. When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies; does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist, performs CATHS if needed;
•   Interprets ECHO and STRESS TESTS
•   Support Staff: Techs, and RN
•   EMR: Meditech
•   Required:
•   Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of Fellowship
•   DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•   Current Flu Vaccine
•   Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•   Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
