Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join an innovative team of providers who are increasing patient access & supporting our clinic-based teams throughout Oregon. You will provide direct patient care through virtual visits -OR- indirect care by supporting physicians with in-basket management. Ideal nurse practitioner/physician assistant candidates will have a minimum of two-years post-graduate experience within a primary care setting. You will be part of an integrated, team-based care model including a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management team, and an outstanding operational support team.

  • On-Call, flexible, daytime hours with no call
  • Virtual visits and/or indirect patient care (remote)
  • May also include float days in the clinic (in person)
  • Must live in the Portland metro area (or Medford / Southern Oregon)
  • Two-years post-graduate clinical experience within primary care setting required
  • Malpractice liability insurance provided
