An outstanding community hospital is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Physician Assistant PA Primary Care looking to plant roots in a community-focused environment while still enjoying proximity to vibrant urban life, this is an incredible opportunity for you in the heart of Michigan.

The Physician Assistant Primary Care will be able to choose between traditional 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday or enjoy a long weekend every week with four 10-hour shifts. The PA Primary Care will see an average of 18 patients per day, allowing for quality time with each patient without the pressure of a high-volume setting.

As the Outpatient Physician Assistant Primary Care you will report to a forward-thinking, approachable, hands-on manager who is deeply invested in the success and wellbeing of their Physician Assistants. The Outpatient Physician Assistant Primary Cares day-to-day will include managing routine and acute primary care needs for a diverse patient population, conducting wellness visits, chronic disease management, minor procedures, preventative care, and coordinating referrals when necessary. The Primary Care PA will work collaboratively with an experienced team of providers and medical support staff, and will never feel isolated thanks to an incredibly supportive leadership team.

In this role, the Primary Care Physician Assistants daily responsibilities will be both meaningful and rewarding. Providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population-addressing everything from routine check-ups to acute health concerns with a personalized, compassionate approach. Your scope will include wellness visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures, and the coordination of specialty referrals as needed.The Physician Assistant Primary Care will work around and have access to charming neighborhoods, modern apartments, and beautiful countryside homes just a short drive from downtown.
