Job-8749 Greenville, Kinston, and Wilson, NC Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing neurosurgery program in eastern North Carolina. Applicants should have neurosurgery experience as a provider. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide care in established practices located in Eastern, NC. Kinston, and Wilson, NC conveniently located 30 miles from Greenville. Highlights include:
• Employment position
• 100% outpatient clinical care
• Established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists, 13 subspecialty neurologists, and a large team of inpatient and outpatient advance practice providers
• Monday Friday 8 am- 5pm schedule
• No call, nights and weekends
• Average 10 to 12 patients daily
• Large referral network including over 185 practices and 9 Health owned hospitals
• Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from The American Heart Association

The hospital has specialty-trained staff in nursing, neurology, general neurosurgery, pediatric neurosurgery, vascular and endovascular neurosurgery, complex spine surgery, neuroradiology (including 24/7 in-house neuroradiology coverage), neuro-critical care and neuro-oncology.
