Job Details

Full-time position in a specialized outpatient setting focused on spine care, rehabilitation, and pain management.

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and conduct follow-up care under physician supervision.

Assist in developing multimodal treatment plans including physical therapy referrals, non-opioid medication management, and interventional procedures.

Educate patients on pain management strategies, lifestyle changes, and treatment expectations.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document all visits and procedures.

Work closely with the medical and therapy team to deliver integrated care.
