Step into a high-acuity cardiac ICU environment and make a direct impact on critical care outcomes. We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join a nationally recognized healthcare team in Harrisburg, PA.

Key Requirements:
Active PA license
Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac ICU within the past 3 years
Skilled in radial arterial and central line placement
No surgical experience required

Your Role:
Co-manage complex post-op cardiac patients (ventilators, IABP/ECMO, arrhythmias, bleeding disorders)
Lead quality improvement initiatives and mentor peers in evidence-based practice
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring top-tier patient outcomes
