Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical exams, compile medical histories, and implement treatment plans for both new and established patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies to ensure accurate and timely care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and the road to recovery.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care in coordination with supervising physicians.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records while ensuring compliance with practice guidelines.
Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
Perform procedures and assessments with precision and professionalism, ensuring continuity of care.

What You Bring to the Team:

Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner program.
BLS certification and commitment to maintaining CEUs in clinical practice
A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or related fields (highly desired), though new graduates with a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, respond effectively in emergency situations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
