Summary of Position:
Our boutique UES Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Practice is looking for a dedicated, professional, polished, and skilled individual for the position of Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) injector. As one of the top practices in NYC, our ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetic medicine and provides excellent patient care and treatment plans which includes a thorough knowledge of injectables including neurotoxin and dermal fillers, radiofrequency microneedling, Aquagold, CO2, and a variety of non-surgical treatments. The ideal candidate must be committed to providing patients a luxury, personalized experience. In our close-knit practice, patients truly feel they are with friends. This role has tremendous opportunity for growth and the ideal candidate is enthusiastic about a long-term role with the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough facial assessments for patients
- Provide quality neurotoxin, dermal Fillers, RF microneedling, CO2, Sculptra etc. treatments in a safe manner
- Ensure optimal patient safety and care
- Follow up with patients and provide white glove care
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all services and products the practice offers
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for each patient
- Utilize non-surgical devices and technology to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain meticulous documentation in a medical record
- Uphold all standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and designated by the spa's own standards of policies and procedures.
- Keep designated treatment room organized.
- Properly care for equipment
- Provide time-sensitive and thoughtful responses to concerns or questions by patients
- Possess ability to work without direct supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in aesthetics and cosmetic treatments, with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Proven experience specifically in all fillers and neurotoxin
- Motivation to be on the cutting edge of aesthetics and learn about new and evolving treatments
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Extremely detail oriented and perform efficiently in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear explanations of treatments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous work
Education Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of aesthetics
