Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physician Assistant to join our client's Orthopedic & Pain Management Center in Lone Tree, CO. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations, to diagnose and manage spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, focusing on non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging and lab work, to support clinical decision-making.
Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and rehabilitation plans.
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in clinic operations, including preoperative and postoperative care, as required.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine care, or pain management.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
