Position Overview:
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Full-time
Mon, Tue, Thu: 8 AM - 5 PM
Wed: 7 AM - 7 PM
Fri: 8 AM - 1 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 per year

Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Active Texas PA license
New grads welcome ; prior FQHC or primary care experience a plus
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
Strong clinical and communication skills with cultural sensitivity

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and physical exams
Develop and manage treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff
Educate patients and families on health management
Refer to specialists as appropriate
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
