Job Details

• Lead and manage the development of the MHS in Physician Assistant Studies program.

Oversee the program's accreditation process, ensuring compliance with ARC-PA standards.
Establish and maintain clinical site partnerships.
Oversee curriculum planning and implementation.
Collaborate with other PA program leaders across campuses.
Ensure effective administration, fiscal management, and program assessment.
Support faculty, staff, and students to ensure program success.
Skills You Need
Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program (Doctorate preferred).
Current NCCPA certification.
Active PA license in the U.S. (or ability to obtain a Texas license).
Minimum 3 years of academic experience (Director or Associate Director preferred).
At least 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing PA.
